Mission:   “Enhancing and sustaining the vibrancy of Reading by fostering local cultural development”

Arts Reading, was formed by the Town of Reading, MA, as a result of a Cultural District Exploratory Study.

We have since evolved into a group partnership of cultural professionals representing the artistic and cultural organizations in the Reading community area. This Arts Reading alliance joins music, dance, visual, performing arts, businesses, and the community.

Hello Everyone!

Naturally, because of the current circumstances we are not having our usual events.

However, we are putting some ideas together so that our members can still get something for their membership.

1. Members do not have to pay dues this year, starting from this June 2020, to next May 2021.

We realize, and the hope in that is, this could help all of our members and their interests.

2. Most of our members are dealing with the pandemic as best they can, and are taking many steps to keep their students, staff, and the public, safe. Check their sites and contact information here to find out about their events.

3. Arts reading Inc. is working with other state and city entities, and officials, to have a safe and secure future for members and the public, to join with us, when things start calming down.

We would love to hear from you with any questions or concerns, ideas and anything you prefer to ask.

Stay safe and well. "Contact Us" above.
